Little Hearts Celebrate Their Annual Day

On 22nd April, 2017, The Little Hearts Pre-School held its Annual Concert at the Marathi Mumbai Sahitya Sangha Auditorium. With the theme revolving around ‘Diverse Relations’, the show was put up by a hundred and forty students from the age of one and a half to four and a half years, along with teachers and the principal, showcasing the essence of diverse relations with God, family, teachers, history, social consciousness and friendships, thus, giving rise to national unity. Senior teacher and host, Binaifer Kandawalla, said, “The children have a lot of potential with which they can create wonders. We are here to bring out their best, build confidence, foster love and enjoyment along with learning activities.”

The highlight of the concert was the play on ‘Krishna’ depicting relations of affection, love, sacrifice, compassion and victory of good over evil. Medley of Children’s Relationships, showcased through golden age songs like ‘Papa he loves Mama’, ‘Que Sera Sera’ and the finale song ‘Lakshya toh har haal mein paaana hai’, was much appreciated by all present. Principal Meher Munshi said, “Our entire staff believes that our aim is to take a hand, open a mind and touch a soul.” Established in 1999, Little Hearts Pre-School is the winner of Asia Education Summit World Achievers Award 2017 for the Best Pre-School in Mumbai. The audience which included parents, grandparents, family members and friends, all enthralled by the children’s performances, applauded the love and effort put in by all to carry out a concert flawlessly.
