Change Report On Cama’s Resignation ‘Set Aside’
On April 18, 2018, Assistant Charity Commissioner, CR Umredkar ‘set aside the Change Report’ on the case pertaining to the resignation of Muncherji Cama, that was filed by the majority of the previous Board of Trustees of the Bombay Parsi Punchayet (BPP). Cama’s status as a BPP trustee has been ambiguous, following his resignation as it was challenged on the grounds that it was technically incorrect.
No written Order has been received from the Charity Commissioner till date and therefore the grounds on which the said Change Report was set aside, is not known.
