ઘણી વ્યકિતઓને જમ્યા બાદ પેટ ભારે થઈ જવાની ફરિયાદ હોય છે. સાધારણ રીતે આ ફરિયાદ હોય તો તેના માટે ખાસ કોઈ તબીબી સારવાર નથી હોતી. આ માટે કોઈ દવા નથી. પરંતુ જેને ફરિયાદ હોય છે તે એક પ્રકારની હેરાનગતિ જરૂર ભોગવે છે. આ ફરિયાદમાં એક સાવ સરળ અને સફળ ઈલાજ કરવો જોઈએ. લીંબુના રસમાં વરિયાળી પલાળી રાખવી. જમ્યા બાદ એ પલાળી રાખેલી વરીયાળી ચાવી-ચાવીને આવશ્યકતાનુસાર ખાવી. આવું નિયમીત કરવાથી ફરિયાદ મટવા લાગે છે.
