XYZ Is Back With LAFA!

Xtremely Young Zoroastrians (XYZ) – the Community’s premiere organisation which has successfully been promoting familiarity, camaraderie and unity amongst Zoroastrian youngsters through entertainment, learning and community service, for nearly five years now – will hold the third edition of its flagship event – LAFA – on 14th July, 2019, at Mumbai’s J B Vachha School.

 

LAFA or the ‘Literary Arts and Fine Arts’ is an inter-group event, open to XYZ members, which celebrates the talent of our Zoroastrian youngsters across various competitions. Events will be held across four age categories for children to participate – The ‘Under-6’ Age Category (for children aged 4 and 5) will hold the events – Picture Colouring; Collage Making; Poetry Recitation and Puzzles; the ‘Under-9’ Age Category (for children aged 6, 7 and 8) will hold the events – Painting without brushes; Make your own Photo Frame; Word Search and Reading; the ‘Under-12’ Age Category (for children aged 9, 10 and 11 years) will hold the events – Mask Making; Glass Painting; Spelling Bee and Impromptu Speaking; and the ‘Under-16’ Age Category (for children aged 12, 13, 14 and 15 years) will hold the events – Geometric Designing; Best From Waste; Spelling Bee and Crossword.

Participants would need to submit registrations to group volunteer before 30th June, 2019 along with the registration fee of Rs. 250/- which includes transportation, lunch and a take-away.
