Advocate and social worker – Kersi K Deboo, who serves as the Zoroastrian (Parsi) member of the National Commission for Minorities (NCM), has now been appointed as its Vice-Chairperson, by the Central Government.
As per the formal announcement, Deboo has been nominated to serve as the Vice-Chairperson of the NCM, “for the remaining period of three years from the date of assumption of office as Member, i.e. 24th November, 2021.”
