કુકરમાં કાચી કેરીને છાલ સાથે બાફી લો. હવે કેરીની છાલ કાઢી તેનો પલ્પ કાઢી લો. ફુદીનાના પત્તા, પીસેલી સાકર, જીરા પાવડર, કાળુ મીઠું (સંચળ), સૂંઠ અને મીઠું નાખી બીટરથી સ્મુધ કરો અથવા મીકસરમાં નાખી એકવાર ચર્ન કરી લો. 4 ગ્લાસ પાણી ઉમેરો અને ઠંડુ કરી સર્વ કરો.
