Daman Doongerwadi Inaugurates New Bungli

Shree Daman Vapi Parsi Jarthosthy Anjuman (DVPJA) commemorated the inauguration of a new bungli at the Daman Doongerwadi, with a jasan on 31st March, 2018. Donated by Kairus Dadachanji in memory of his loving father, Shavak Phirozesha Dadachanji, the jasan ceremony was performed by Vada Dasturji of Udvada Khurshed Dastoor, Panthaki Noshir Sahiar, and other mobeds of Udvada. Attended by devotees from various cities, the event included a short program honour of Vada Dasturji Khurshed and the Dadachanji family for their magnanimous contribution of Rs. 40 lakhs for the new bungli, followed by felicitation of other dignitaries on the dais. The event concluded with a gambhar lunch.
