Investiture and Prize Distribution At DPYA High School

The Dadar Parsee Youths Assembly (DPYA) High School organized their Investiture and SSC Prize Distribution ceremony at the Mancherji Joshi Memorial Hall, Dadar, on 18^th July, 2018. The event commenced with Principal Roxana Parelwalla welcoming the gathering, with the Management represented by President Jimi Jesia, Trustees Daraius Zaiwala and Mahiyar Dastoor and the Managing Committee consisting of Mithoo Jesia, Shernaz Talati, Yasmin Ghaswala and Rashna Bharucha. Thereafter, the Head Boys, Head Girls and Prefects along with the Captains of various Houses (Tata, Godrej, Bhabha and Wadia) were felicitated by Principal, Roxana Parelwalla and Vice-Principal, Merwyn D’Souza, with sashes and badges. The Prize Distribution ceremony witnessed the management felicitate various students for their overall as well as subject-wise excellence in the SSC Board exams. The ‘Late Kersasp Anjirbag Scholarship’ was presented by the Class of 1974 to Atharva Radaye and Sachi Ghadi. The evening also celebrated the 18^th year in succession that the Dadar Parsee Youths Assembly High School has scored 100% results.

The SSC Parsi Toppers of the school were Shahzad Tata (92.60%); Kayoz Dadyburjor (92.00%); and Shahvir Panthaki (78.80%) while school toppers were Het Kubadia (96.80%); Disha Kubadia (96.60%) and Apeksha Sanghvi (95.80%).
