It’s been heartening to receive an overwhelming response from our readers to last week’s news in PT related to the ‘one day mass casual leave’ taken by BPP’s Class IV employees, especially the pall bearers at Doongerwadi, which created quite a furore in the Community; as well as loads of appreciation for Jimmy and Sherry Ghaswala, who returned their Trust home, so that another family could live a life of greater dignity and convenience, just as they had.
It is said that ‘an informed citizenry is the only true repository of the public will’, and insomuch, Parsi Times will continue to deliver the truth to empower you with knowledge and learning. Speaking of which, with Teacher’s Day next week, (5th September), as we express heartfelt gratitude to all our indispensable educators, let’s resolve to justify their efforts by delivering unto the essence of all teaching and learning – Growth.
