XYZ Organises Leadership Camp

The Xtremely Young Zoroastrians (XYZ) organised a ‘Leadership Camp 2018’ at Rivergate Resort, Karjat on 15th September, 2018, with everyone putting up in tents over the next two days. The camp commenced with the ice breaker that witnessed four teams competing across ten different 1-minute games, followed by office bearers exhibiting tees designed for their groups, and later, Presidents presenting a gist of the monthly ‘fundays’ conducted through the year.

The participants then moved to the lawns to play games designed by the volunteers, focused on team building and task oriented skills. The camp also included adventure activities and an informative brainstorming session. The last day witnessed everyone engaging in a joint event that called for each to step out of their comfort zones, related to the task of planning and leading teams. The XYZ XI (ex-XYZs) also outlined a major social service event scheduled for January 2019.
