Dr. Zuleika Awarded ‘Inspiring Leader Of The Year 2018’

Head of the BMS Department at Wilson College, Dr. Zuleika Homavazir was recently conferred the ‘Inspiring Leader of the Year 2018’ award, at the ‘Future Woman Leader Summit and Awards 2018’, held at St. Regis, Mumbai, on 23^rd November, 2018. Felicitated by BJP Spokesperson, Advisor, Government of Maharashtra, Shweta Shalini, Dr. Zuleika is the only professor from Maharashtra to have won this recognition amidst renowned woman including leaders of multinational companies. Earlier, Dr. Zuleika was also felicitated by The Indian Red Cross Society for her efforts in raising funds and materials for the Kerala Flood Relief Project, 2018. Speaking to Parsi Times, Zuleika said, “We women have limitless powers. I was quite overwhelmed with the award. This definitely says a lot about the support I receive from my family, especially my parents and brothers. These recognitions motivates me to engage the younger generation in a better way and contributing to a better society.”
