Carnival Time At Cusrow Baug!

The festive season was enjoyed with abundant joy and good cheer on X’mas Day – December 25, 2019 – at Cusrow Baug’s annual ‘Christmas Carnival’, organized by the Cusrow Baug United Sports and Welfare League (CBUSWL), in the Baug’s Pavilion.

The event has been growing in popularity through the years and this year witnessed a record crowd of around 500 adults, children and seniors making merry, in an atmosphere filled with laughter and music, with wafts of freshly made, lip-smacking food! The Carnival hosted twenty-five food stalls offering food, crafts and other wares. As is now customary, Santa Claus made the rounds through the Baug and alighted at the Pavilion, amidst much excitement and applause from children as the gifting ceremony was next!

Adding to the flavor of the eve, Cusrow Baug’s newly renovated Badminton Court was inaugurated by Sanober and Rohinton Katrak, the family who generously donated towards the court’s revamp. The CBUSWL wishes all a prosperous 2020!
