પાઈનેપલ કેક કુકરમાં

સામગ્રી: 1 નંગ પાઈનેપલ (7-8 પીસ), 1 વાટકો મેંદો, 1/2 કપ તેલ, 1 કપ દહીં, 1 કપ ખાંડ, 1 પેકેટ ઇનો, જરૂર મુજબ દૂધ, 2 ડ્રોપ પાઈનેપલ એસેન્સ 6-7 નંગ ચેરી, કેરેમલ સીરપ માટે 1 કપ ખાંડ.
રીત: સૌથી પહેલા કેરેમલ સીરપ બનાવવા માટે તપેલીમાં ખાંડ લઇ ધીમી આંચ પર ગરમ મૂકો. ફકત ખાંડ લેવાની છે. એમાં ચમચી લગાવવાની નથી એમ જ થવા દો. સાણસી વડે તપેલી હલાવી લેવી. બ્રાઉન સીરપ થઈ જાય એટલે ઉતારી ને કેક ટીનમાં રેડી દેવું. પાઈનેપલના પીસ કરીને કેક ટીનમાં સીરપ પર સેટ કરી લેવા. તેના પર વચ્ચે ચેરી મુકવી. હવે એક બાઉલમા તેલ લઈ તેમાં દહીં એડ કરી દેવું. મેંદો અને દળેલી ખાંડ ચાળી ને ઉમેરી દેવી. બધું એકદમ મિક્સ કરી જરૂર મુજબ દૂધ ઉમેરી મિશ્રણ રેડી કરી લેવું. પાઈનેપલનું એસેસન્સ અથવા તેનો રસ ઉમેરી દેવો. જેથી કેકમાં તેનો ટેસ્ટ સરસ આવશે. લાસ્ટમાં ઇનો ઉમેરી ખૂબ હલાવી ને મિક્સ કરી લેવું. તૈયાર કરેલા મિશ્રણને ટીનમાં પાઈનેપલ પીસની ઉપર રેડી દેવું. પછી કૂકરમાં નીચે મીઠું પાથરી કુકર 10મીનીટ ગરમ થવા દેવું તેની ઉપર સ્ટેન્ડ મૂકી કેકનું ટીન મૂકી દેવું. ઉપર ઢાંકણ ઢાંકી 40 મિનિટ ધીમા ગેસ પર થવા દેવું. ચાકુથી ચેક કરવું કેક થઈ ગઈ છે કે નહીં. ચેક કરી ઉતારી લેવું ઠંડુ થાય પછી ઉપર પ્લેટ રાખી ઉથલાવી લેવી ઉપર મસ્ત પાઈનેપલ દેખાશે. રેડી છે પાઈનેપલ કેક.
