NCPA debuts its much awaited Blues festival ‘The NCPA Soulful Blues’ in March, 2023, kicking off with ‘International Artiste’, promising to make it a memorable two days of Blues and soul, with host Brian Tellis.

The lineup includes MOBO nominated artistes:
