ZCBL Holds Customer Meet
A well-attended Customer Meet of The Zoroastrian Co-operative Bank Ltd. (ZCBL) received huge appreciation from its patrons who converged at the Presidential Ball Room (Taj President), on 17th March, 2023. ZCBL Chairman – Yazdi Tantra shared the highlights of Bank’s forays into technology-led initiatives like adoption of new Centralised Banking Software, Finacle and Zoro Mobile – a user-friendly Mobile App. He shared the Bank’s plan to adopt Artificial Intelligence (AI) based solutions to enhance Customer experience.
Yazdi Tantra underscored the Bank’s continued focus on customers’ needs and leverage technology to deliver easy-to-use products and services. “Continuing with age-old, gold standard values of ‘Tradition and Trust’, ZCBL is on the path of solid growth,” he emphasized, reiterating the Bank’s preferred approach to deploy state-of-the-art technology and customer centric manpower.
Many Customers, mentioning their long association with the Bank, appreciated the services provided and the staff’s customer friendly conduct. Recounting positive experiences with the Bank over a long period, many customers came in even from Pune for the meet. They appreciated useful insights on investment strategies and current opportunities, provided by Anand Vardarajan, Tata Mutual Fund.
Daljit Dogra, MD and CEO – ZCBL, reassured customers about the fundamental strengths of the Bank like Professional Board of Directors and Board of Management, strong Capital Adequacy Ratio, less than 1% net Non-Performing Assets, decent profitability and balanced Credit Disbursal. He highlighted excellent growth in Advances, particularly the Retail Loans and added that as of March 15, 2023, the share of Retail Loans has moved up to 60% in total advances showing YoY growth of over 65%. He thanked the patrons of the Bank for their continued support and assured that the Bank would continue to register good growth ensuring adequate safety, liquidity and returns for its depositors. He informed that ZCBL had recently increased the interest rates on Fixed Deposits, comparing well with other Banks and was offering Loans for home, car and education at most competitive rates.
The Customers greatly appreciated the services of the Bank and the initiative to hold this inclusive event which enabled many to personally meet ZCBL’s business fraternity, Directors and staff.
