ર મધ્યમ કદની કાચી કેરી (છાલ કાઢયા વગરની), 3/4 કપ પીસેલી સાકર, 1 ટીસ્પૂન શેકેલો જીરા પાવડર, 1 ટીસ્પૂન સંચળ (કાળુ મીઠું), થોડા ફુદીનાના પત્તા, 1/4 ટીસ્પૂન સૂંઠ, મીઠું સ્વાદાનુસાર.
કુકરમાં કાચી કેરીને છાલ સાથે બાફી લો. હવે કેરીની છાલ કાઢી તેનો પલ્પ કાઢી લો. ફુદીનાના પત્તા, પીસેલી સાકર, જીરા પાવડર, કાળુ મીઠું (સંચળ), સૂંઠ અને મીઠું નાખી બીટરથી સ્મુધ કરો અથવા મીકસરમાં નાખી એકવાર ચર્ન કરી લો. 4 ગ્લાસ પાણી ઉમેરો અને ઠંડુ કરી સર્વ કરો.
