Sethna’s 18th Scout Group Celebrates Annual Day

The Sethna’s 18th West Mumbai Scout Group held their ‘Annual Jasan Ceremony and Prize Distribution’ function on 9th September 2017 at Albless Baug. The Jasan ceremony was performed by the group’s own boys, followed by Group Leader Scout, Capt. Lavji Mistry welcoming the parents and other attendees with a brief background of the traditional annual event in the Group’s calendar. The society office bearers and other senior personnel of the Sethna’s Scouting Society were presented with floral bouquets, followed by President, Noshir Mistry thanking parents for their commitment. Education Scholarships were awarded to boys who had achieved academic excellence in the past academic year, as a mark of encouragement for the youth. The event concluded with Housie and a buffet dinner.
