Delphi Wadia Awarded ‘Leadership And Innovation In Learning and Development’ By IWLF

Bombay’s Delphi Wadia was felicitated with the ‘Leadership And Innovation In Learning and Development’ Award by the International Women Leadership Foundation (IWLF) on 7th February, 2018. She was nominated by Chairperson, Sandra Shroff. Delphi Wadia works as the Deputy General Manager at UPL Ltd. (formerly United Phosphorus Ltd), an agrochemical firm, where she heads ‘Learning and Development’ globally.

Speaking to Parsi Times, the bubbly and dynamic Delphi said, “This is just the beginning – I have miles to go before I sleep. I believe that when we handle everything with a smile on our faces, it spreads cheer and makes our life and our work fun. We must keep ourselves motivated to learn. I personally learn/do one new thing every year – it could be bungee jumping, cooking, math, or a dance form. This year I’m learning Spanish, last year was tennis and the year before that was Latin Ballroom dancing! I look forward to getting more creative and innovative in the ‘Learning and Development’ genre which is committed to touch, if not change, people’s lives for the better.”
