Metro III Court Hearing Adjourned To 24th July, 2018

Parsi Times informs our readers that the petition to ‘Save Our Atash Behrams’ (to safeguard the structural and spiritual sanctity of our Anjuman and Wadiaji Atash Behrams), which was listed on the Supplementary Board of the Division Bench for 20th July, 2018, comprising Hon’ble Justice A S Oka and Hon’ble Justice Riyaz I Chagla, at the instance of MMRC, could not be taken up for hearing in the Bombay High Court.

The matter will now be taken up for hearing before the same Division Bench of the Hon’ble Bombay High Court, on Tuesday, 24th July, 2018. The matter will be listed high on the board.

The Petitioners are hopeful and pray that the sanctity of the holy Atash Behrams will be preserved, alongside the community, which stands united on the issue.
