Malcomn Baug Holds Exciting ‘Anand Mela’
On 22nd January, 2023, Malcolm Baug Parsi Gymkhana and Malcolm Baug Zoroastrian Association jointly organised a day-long fun exhibition, ‘Anand Mela’. The event started at 10:00 am with the inauguration by Chief Guest Dolly Bhagalia, who expressed delight about the same.
Numerous stalls had the visitors engrossed through the day – including ceramic products, clothes and sari collection, refillable home care liquids, food items, groceries, et al. Three stalls were dedicated to entertaining children with their product ideas and games, as also eco-friendly arts and crafts workshops for transforming natural foliage into beautiful decorative items. An array of food stalls offered a variety of cuisines and desserts.
The evening drew in a large crowd which partook of fun activities and games like Housie, Raffles etc. All in all, the ‘Anand Mela’ turned out to be a huge hit, with over 30 participants and 800-plus walk-ins who enjoyed a fun Sunday.
