ZTFI’s Senior Citizens’ Day Picnic!
The Zoroastrian Trust Funds Of India (ZTFI) organised a ‘Senior Citizens’ Day Picnic’ on 22nd April, 2017, at the Royal Garden Resort, Bhayander, with over forty-five beneficiaries hopping onto the bus from Tardeo, Parel, Dadar, Mahim, Andheri, Goregaon, and other pick up points, as per their convenience. Upon reaching the resort, the seniors relished a delicious breakfast in an air-conditioned hall, followed by a round of introduction, after which most of them headed to the pool. Lunch was an elaborate spread, followed by games of housie with innumerable prizes won. Lemon and Spoon, musical chairs and other games, kept every senior active and in high spirits. The participants took part with gusto and enjoyed themselves. The picnic concluded with music, dance, evening tea, and rounds of lucky draw on the way back! The ZTFI beneficiaries warmly thanked Team ZTFI and most of all, the dynamic ZTFI Trustee – Yasmin Mistry for her sincere efforts in ‘going beyond’ to see that everyone is always well taken care of.
